Little Nuisances That Got To Me
They always got me frustrated but not any
more. I see them for what they really are;
just little nuisances that attempt to disrupt your otherwise good day. I now
remedy them as fast as I can and await the next one around the corner, knowing
I’m always ready. And when I can’t, I always got someone nearby who will make
everything right. So little nuisances, where is your sting?

Little Nuisances That Got Me Life’s nuisances nibble away at your grit Interrupt your harmony and make you feel to quit They show up untimely before your eyes Then invite your wrath whilst eating up your smiles Life’s nuisances are small but pack a mighty punch Evasive and persistent they travel by the bunch Notice how they converge with orchestral plan Unified to halt successes before they were began In fewer numbers they present a challenge at best Solidified in their numbers they’re like an
epidemical pest All the shoe laces that break on your way out Nervously late then a flat tire makes you feel to
shout Caught in a room with the doorknob in your grip Elevators broken and the wet floor makes you slip Shoe catches a pebble and there’s no way to sit The corn caught in your teeth in an unreachable split How about bird droppings on the windscreen And folk never replying to hellos, and their conduct
mean Toiled all day but from your love ones, nothing is
said Gas effusing and the inconsiderate driver’s up ahead Overfilled buses that never make your stop The e-mailed chain letter that compels you to swap Machines now answering when you need a human voice Every one of them got me but thanks to God I now
rejoice |
