Walking In The Spirit
We start our lives
as sinners but with an out. God’s sent His son into this world not to condemn
us as sinners but that through Him our lives can be saved. This requires a
rebirth which means shedding the flesh and making way for the spirit. The Holy
Spirit, the Light, shines upon all who lets it in and each of us receives the glow
of the light which can be seen even by unbelievers.

can receive the Holy Spirit And
all God’s glory to come with it Like
abilities to cure and to heal Kick
out demons Satan conceal It
comes to those who let Him in Never
by accident or to the unbelieving God
through His son ordained that we Invite
in His Spirit that we might be No
longer of the flesh but through rebirth Take
on His powers here on earth Having
a faith as big as a mustard seed Execute
God’s might with lightning speed Such
power though is not ours to will Power
like this is under God’s control still It’s
His to give and take away Repentant
people too may someday stray If
we can live God’s plan each day righteously Then
Walking in the Spirit will give us power immensely |
