Thank You Dear Lord
Each day brings
its own promises and I feel blessed every time. There are so many variables
that make up the day and so it’s great to know that God’s love is constant and
however it may appear, your day, remember He is by your side and will be there
all the way. I give Him thanks.

you dear Lord for that good night’s rest How
many others find it difficult to sleep And
I slumbered with no distress Not
a whimper, not a peep Kind
Lord, I give you thanks that I can get out of bed Your
graces delight me with food to eat Obstacles
bear no barrier on my road ahead Unceasingly
You’re here, right at my feet Dearest
Father I thank you that I can receive the beauty Enjoy
each day and each night And
whether it’s rainy, sunny or just windy Relish
the appearance of the stars and moon light Lord
thank you for my successes along the way Over
time I have acquired quite a few Right
now I’m just grateful for your Blessed day Dear
