Photos Taken

I wish I had lots of photos to cover my growing years. My dad loves to take photos but somehow he didn’t seem to get enough of me. I don’t think it has anything to do with my not looking good enough to be photographed; after all they say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  The few photos I have I treasure and the other day when I heard sirens in the neighborhood, I started speculating on what I should try to grab if there was a fire. The photos came to mind first. They are as precious as that

Photos Taken

People can relive their memories

Having the moments put on freeze

Our lives we may care to immortalize

Take a photo and memories are iced

On times when a smile is hard to raise

Send for the photos and you’ll be amaze

These photos can warm your frost away

And brighten even your darkest day

Keeping photos document the lives we live

Enjoy taking them for the pleasure they’ll give

Nothing more precious than these memories frozen

Nor anything worst than having these Photos taken
