Friends For Eternity
There is a lady who came into my
life, not very long ago. She is the grand mother of a very close friend and we
casually met when I made brief stops by my friend’s home. She demonstrated from
the very start that she is a true product of the old school, the one which
takes pride in a true Christian standard. Between she and her husband, they
keep a home which appears spotless, I mean you scarcely see a fallen leaf on
their front lawn and for me, this is an extension of her spirit. I am glad to
have met her and hope that you meet her or someone you learn to value like I
value her, one day.

Eternity Surely goodness and mercy shall
follow me I shall dwell in the house of the
Lord for eternity Sorrow and pain will be no more There’ll be greater happiness than
ever before Earth and Heaven too will pass away Replaced with others on that special
day Blessed are the meek, it’s their’s to
own Right in God’s presence as He sits on
the throne And greater rewards are promised if
we overcome, The trials and tribulations we
mustn’t succumb Having faith to the end is our
guarantee We’ll enjoy God’s gift of life for
eternity And still we have many blessings now
on earth In you I have a friend of very
special worth This Birthday pray, I’ll pray comes
