Day by Day

This was inspired just after I posted the New Verse. I’m not sure why it didn’t come before. It almost seems like they are in reverse order, New Verse coming before Day to Day?

 

 

Day by Day

 

Darkness will follow the light of the day

And temptations may want to succeed

Your life is shielded by your earnest prayer

Because Jesus died that you’ll be freed

Years will pass but His promise is the same

Divinely His promise transcends time

A faith in God and prayer through His Son’s name

Your Day to Day is sublime
