Profits and Prophets

Psalm 55:22 (New King James Version)

22 Cast your burden on the LORD,
         And He shall sustain you;
He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

We live in time when profits are made from speculations and those people who can best speculate can become the richest and most powerful.  Speculation may sometime be confused with a different form of forecasting, predicting or to be more accurate prophesying. God’s word is delivered from time to time through messengers. These messengers are generally people who reach particularly high levels in their spirituality that their bodies are more sanctified vessels to serve as conduits for the divine word. One thing is sure, Prophets seek no personal Profits

Profits and Prophets

People say they are prophets but how can we

Resolve their true identity

Only our Lord can truly know

False prophets behind their façade show

I have made it my purpose to question why

They’ll do any different to you or I

Surely true prophets can be reveal’

Ask the Father; don’t depend on their bio or seal

Nostradamus was accurate in the things he proclaim

Devastations, wars and genocidal leaders by name

People practice the teachings that Buddha imparts

Righteous living, non-profiting and a charitable hearts

Our Islamic neighbors have their prophets too

Prophets of old and prophets that are new

How then can you know the true story?

Each prophet has shown truths and glory

The key is, trust the Lord to interpret what you glean

Some things are not what you think you’ve seen
