Water Shortage
I have no doubt that legitimately there is inconvenience caused to folk all over the island. Let say that there is and that people are now aware that this may be habitual in the area they are living in.
If that is the case then why not install reserve tanks. I also believe like many that we shouldn’t have a water shortage on an island. But that aside, those who chose to suffer habitual and demonstrate their rage may be short of something more than water.
And given the amounts of people and the regularity then we have more people lacking than we are happy to think.
Whatah shortage!
