Rest In Peace

I don’t like to use Rest In Peace to define the state of passing. For me Rest In Peace should have been intended for the survivors. People mourn the lost of their love ones and for some time may have very restless nights. But if I were to go around telling the living to rest in peace I can imagine the looks I would get. So, for now I’ll bid the decease RIP

Rest In Peace

Rest in Peace baby Danielle

Escape through faith the fires of Hell

Saved from a world which promises to be

Turmoil and danger and iniquity

In God we trust and to Him you’ll go

Near by His side where greener pastures grow

Pride and love may have bid you to stay

Earthlings would selfishly wish it this way

An exalted God has made His will be known

Called you early and His graces has shown

Even those weeks you gestated here

You brought Unity, Joy and Communal Prayer!
